Today is Ash Wednesday and it is a day of fasting. I only had a glass of milk when i woke up and did not eat anything until now. Lack of food makes me very sleepy. I feel like going to bed now.
Anw, I really hope my father will give me my pocket money soon. I am really running out of money. Adding on to my expenses is the expensive adult bus card. Haix. I really can't wait any longer to get my new guitar...
I feel very anti social at times. Because my mum is very strict on me when it comes to things like me going out. She most of the time do not allow me to go with my friends at night. When calls from my friends come to go out, I will have to turn them down as I already noe my mum's answer. It is very disappointing lor. But i noe that my mum cares for me and love me. She only has me as my sister is already married. But I still feel i am anti social. Someone pls talk to me and help me...
sometimes i feel people are ignoring me... when i sms people, i expect a reply. even slightest word like ok. but sometimes people dun reply and i do not noe if they got the message or not. or they are just simply ignoring.

Breakfast 2 servings of mixed fruit (like 2 oranges, 1 grapefruit or 6 oz of strawberries, blueberries or raspberries) and 1 cup of low-fat Greek yogurt or ¾ cup of cottage cheese.

Warm-up Ten minutes of cardio (think jumping rope or running forward, backward and sideways on the treadmill).
Toning For 45 minutes, Hewitt does a kettlebell-focused workout that includes the following: one-arm military presses using 18-pound cast-iron bells, bicep curls with 15-pound bells paired with squats, single-leg touch-downs with a tricep kickback using 18-pound bells and jumps holding 15-pound bells (three sets of 15 reps each). She ends with three one-minute full-body planks.
On her own Hewitt’s solo hour-long workout begins with 40 minutes of cardio, such as roller skating (her favorite), incline training on the treadmill or swimming. Next, she targets her upper body with three sets each of 15 pushups, three-minute body planks and one-minute bicycle crunches.
For her lower body, Hewitt does 25 lunges on each leg (three sets), tones her inner thighs and core by lying on her back with hands underneath the tailbone and opening and closing legs in a Y position (three sets of 50 reps) and ends with three sets of 50 donkey kicks.
I really look up on her la. I really should start dieting la. I am putting on way a lot of weight. I feel very unhealthy. Lol
yoyo. the past 2 days were my first time working. damn tiring sia working for 8 hour standing up with heels. i worked as a waiter at a hotel. right now appreciate wat a waiter or waitress do. it is a tough job with low pay. respect them ok?
